Anaphase:
halves of the chromosomes (chromatids) are being pulled apart
Anaphase I:
homologous chromosomes are being pulled apart
Telophase:
two daughter cells
have the same number of
chromosomes as mother-cell:
they are diploid
DNA will replicate before the next cell division
Telophase I:
two daughter
cells have half the
number of chromosomes
as mother-cell:
they are haploid
they will undertow another cell division, without DNA replication and become gametes
