Submitting a diploma card in the Office of the Registrar (Jefferson 100) is the only way to initiate the review of your record for the award of the degree. FILING DEADLINES TO SUBMIT THE DIPLOMA CARD:

For graduation at the end of this semester:	Card must be received in Jefferson 100 no later than:
FALL	November 1
SPRING	March 1
SUMMER	July 1*

*Students graduating at the end of the summer term but wish to be included in the June Commencement Ceremony should file a diploma card by April 1st.
