- Retroactive withdrawals are student requests to withdraw from a course or courses after the semester has officially ended (the last day of classes).
- Students must complete the appropriate forms obtained from the USSC and provide documentation which confirms the circumstances which prevented the student from completing the course and/or withdrawing from the course within the time limits established by the College. Only the most extenuating and well-documented circumstances will be considered by the USSC.
- Appeals for retroactive withdrawals may be considered only for courses graded ABS, INC, FAB, FIN and WU. They will not be considered for assigned academic evaluations; that is, grades A+ through F, P, NC or R.
