Student Groups

The Queens College Library and Information Studies Student Association (qcLISSA) serves the student body through an online discussion group, by publishing a newsletter and maintaining a Web site, and by sponsoring various professional and social programs.

Student chapters of the American Library Association, the Special Libraries Association and the Society of American Archivists sponsor programs of professional and social interest, and the Alumni Association supports the school through fund-raising and by informing graduates of new developments and career opportunities.
