RESEARCH
The Library is committed to supporting the academic endeavors of Queens College students, staff, and faculty.
Library faculty are available for consultation about many aspects of the research process. This includes selecting appropriate databases and other resources, forming search strategies, and locating the desired materials.
Research consultation services are available in several ways:

- Consult with a librarian: walk-in Research Service is available beginning 11AM, most hours the Library is open.
- Contact a subject specialist: if more in depth guidance is required, you may be advised to contact one of our librarian Subject Specialists.
- Online guidance on our homepage may also help you get started: check our Databases by subject, in depth Guides, and our Help page.
- Ask a Librarian: contact us by email. Except for holidays and weekends, replies will be sent within 48 hours whenever possible.
- Group Instruction: faculty may be interested in scheduling a class for their students. Contact the Library's Instructional Services office for further information.
