RESEARCH SERVICES
Library reference service is available to all members of the Queens College community. Questions relating to Queens College Library resources and collections can be handled by e-mail, phone, or in person. For questions relating to art or music resources and collections, consult the Art Library or Music Library.
By E-mail
Use the Ask a Librarian form to ask us reference questions. Before submitting your questions, please check the list of answers provided on the Library's Help page to see if your question has been answered. Except for holidays and weekends, replies will be sent within 48 hours whenever possible.
By Phone
Please call (718) 997-3701 during Spring and Fall semesters, from 11AM until closing. For exceptions check the Library Hours.
In Person
For walk-in service, please go to the Research Office, Rm. 307 in the Rosenthal Library (BRL 307). The office is open daily during the Spring and Fall semesters, from 11am until closing. For exceptions check the Library Hours.
