Biography:
Patricia Rachel is the principal investigator of the New York Deaf-Blind Collaborative, a five-year, $2.875 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Programs (OSEP).
Areas of Interest:
Bureaucratic innovation and reform, interagency collaboration, women in politics.
