| AP PSYCHOLOGY AND CLEP GUIDELINES
Incoming students may satisfy the Psychology 101 prerequisite requirement
by obtaining either a grade of 4 or 5 on the Advanced Placement Psychology
Examination or a grade of 55 or better on the CLEP (College Level Examination
Program) examination.
At least two weeks before college registration, students who meet this
criterion must have the testing center provide proof of the grade to the
Queens College Registrar in order to have this information placed on the
student’s transcript. ONLY THEN will the computer recognize that the
Psychology 101 prerequisite has been met.
Once a student is enrolled at Queens College, they may not use the CLEP
exam as a substitute for Psychology 101.
