This Rubric was based on one developed by the collaboration of
Mark Miksic with the New York Academy of Sciences SP3ARK Program and School
District 10 Bronx science teachers in Spring 2000. It was further revised by
Mark Miksic, Queens College, Susan Brustein, Townsend Harris HS and the
ISS/Fair 2003 Committee in January 2003.
