ID Card Information

Requirements - you must bring:

· Two forms of identification, such as driver's license, birth certificate, and passport.

· If this is not your first semester at Queens College , or replacement ID a fee of $5 must be paid at the Bursar's office (Jefferson Hall 200) before coming to the ID Room. Bring the Bursar's receipt with you.

A Non- photo ID card will be issued for the Summer Sessions.
