ON-CAMPUS RECRUITMENT   WORKSHOPS Career Exploration Workshops. To help students stay abreast of the changes in the workplace, speakers from a variety of fields discuss career opportunities, prospects and trends. In these sessions, students have the opportunity to meet with professionals and learn more about careers. Resume, Interview Skills and Job-search Workshops. Day and evening workshops are conducted each semester. The workshops focus on: resume preparation, interviewing techniques and job-search strategies. Workshop information is posted around the campus, and the workshop schedules are available at the Office. Small group workshops on electronic job-search are also conducted at the Office to acquaint students with on-line job-search resources. CAREER FAIR To see a slide show of past career fair pictures please click here ON-CAMPUS RECRUITMENT On-campus Recruitment Beginning in October and continuing through April, corporate, public, private and government organizations interview on-campus and recruit graduating students. Resumes are also forwarded to prospective employers for off-campus interviews. Check the bulletin board at the Office for announcements and interview selections and information. A guideline for on-campus recruitment can be obtained at the Office. Job-and-Career Opportunities The Office compiles and updates extensive job vacancies and career opportunities for entry-level and other positions. Students and recent alumni can explore these options. Part-Time Job Opportunities Referral for part-time jobs is available year around.
