Bridge Year students submit this form so CPP can Register them for their requested Queens College classes.

THHS Queens College Elective Selection Sheet

All Queens College students (including Townsend Harris Bridge Year students) must activate their CUNY Portal ID and access CUNY’s BlackBoard system.  Any questions can be handled by the OCT Help Desk in Dining Hall 151 (Between I-Bldg and the main dining hall).

QC’s “Student Access to BlackBoard at CUNY”

This form was created with the Queens College Office of Undergraduate Admissions for the Bridge Year program.  All Townsend Harris High School Juniors submit this application to CPP so they may be admitted to Queens College as Non-Degree students.

Queens College Bridge Year Application

A “marked up” version of the Queens College Health Service Center Immunization Record Form for Townsend Harris High School Bridge Year applicants.  Since the students completing this form are under 18 years of age, a Parent or Guardian must sign the form.

 

Queens College Bridge Year Immunization Form

In order to transfer your Queens College credits to whatever institution you go to after graduating THHS, you must have  an Official Transcript sent from Queens College.
