1	How to Forward Email From Lotus Notes to your Preferred Email address
2	Warning Lotus Notes email is secure. The College will be sending sensitive information such as grade reports and bills to your official Lotus Notes address. Forwarding this information to personal email addresses will compromise that security.
3	Log on to Lotus Notes Students go to: qcmail.qc.cuny.edu Faculty go to: mail.qc.cuny.edu
4	Click on “Tools”
5	Click on “New Mail Rule”

9	Click “Save and Close”
10	Log out.
11	Test it. It would be a good idea to send a test email to your Lotus Notes account to see if it gets forwarded to your preferred email.
