Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Written requests, whether by mail or in person are the only acceptable methods of requesting a refund. The amount of the refund will be determined either by the date a written request is received in person by the office of English as a Second Language, or by the postmark on the envelope the request is mailed in. The registration fee is not refundable.
*Please note: If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, the student must pay the full tuition without the discount (and a $20.00 NG check fee).
