Chase Andrews, Class of 1943, was born on April 8, 1920. On January 13, 1942, he began service as an Aviation Cadet in the United States Army Air Forces. Assigned to the Air Training DET, Cal Aero School, Ontario, California Andrews was killed in an air accident on February 28, 1942. Chase Andres was 20 years of age at the time of his death. While in the armed forces, he would earn the WWII Victory Medal and WWII Lapel Service Medal.
