Phase I of the Rosenthal Library's renovation plan is complete. It is now necessary to have a valid QCard for entry through the library's new turnstiles. Access to the Level 2 Commons outside of regular library hours is now through the 3rd floor entrance
Library 100 Fall Course
The Library 100 course will teach you to to recognize information needs, find information in print and electronic formats, select the best information for your needs, and properly cite your sources. For more information, please see our Library 100 page.
The library has subscribed to a new database:
- VAST: Academic Video Online
- Online video collection (full-length streaming video) covering many subject areas; each video is fully transcribed and indexed by subject, people, place, date, language, publisher, type.
Manhattan Research Library Initiative
The New York Public Library, Columbia University, and New York University are piloting a lending program for faculty and graduate students. CUNY faculty and graduate students are invited to apply for borrowing privileges from all three research libraries through September 2013.
